If you need to cancel or reschedule a puja booking, please contact Astha Hindi Puja as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

Rescheduling depends on pandit availability, ceremony type, location, date, and time.

Any advance payment terms should be confirmed directly before booking.

Advance amounts may be used to reserve pandit time, arrange travel, coordinate samagri, or prepare service support.

Cancellation eligibility and any refund amount may depend on the notice period, preparation already completed, travel or material costs, and the terms agreed at booking time.

Same-day cancellations, missed calls, venue access issues, or late changes may not be eligible for a refund if time, travel, or preparation costs have already been incurred.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the payment method or mutually agreed channel discussed with the service team.

Bank, wallet, payment gateway, or platform charges may be deducted where applicable.
